Projector Epson iProjection Connection
Epson iProjection App
With this app, you can wirelessly connect to your projector.
No cables needed.
PCs, Google Chromebooks, and phones can connect as long as you have both the Epson app installed on these devices, and have the IP address of the classroom projector handy.
The Technology Department typically installs this app when we set up classroom computers.

How do I locate my projector's IP Address?
Press the LAN button on you're remote
It will change the projector input to the LAN input.
On the screen you will see the projector name along with the projector's IP Address.
I have the app installed and I have the projector on LAN. How do I connect my computer to the projector?
If you have a desktop computer connected with an Ethernet cable, when you open the Epson iProjection app, your classroom projector should show up automatically.
If you are using a laptop or a Google Chromebook, it will not find the projector automatically. You have to input the IP Address of the projector for it to show up.
Click on "Manual Search" and input the IP Address in the address bar.
Then click "Search".
Once your projector shows up in the app, click the check box next to the projector icon.
After that click on "Join"
Your computer will now connect to the projector
What you should know
While having no wires is always a plus, it does come with some caveats.
Audio will not play out of the in-celling speakers. The Epson iProjection app bypasses the Front Row system and connects to the projector directly. This causes the audio to come out of the projector instead of the in-ceiling speakers. However, a way around this is to plug in a 3.5mm Aux cable from your laptop to the Front Row Wall Plate to use your in-ceiling speakers.
Watching videos through wireless internet will work, for sure. However, you may experience times where the audio doesn't appear 100% in sync. An example of this is audio not lining up with the mouth of a person that is talking in a video. The only way to fix this is to directly plug your computer to the Front Row Wall Plate with an HDMI cable.
