The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN), in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), are honoured to host the 12th International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS), scheduled from the 9th to the 11th of September 2024. This esteemed symposium will focus on the theme "Embracing and Adapting Technology for Real Estate Sustainability," providing a scholarly platform for discussions aimed at advancing sustainable practices within the real estate sector through technological innovation.

Esteemed professionals, academics, and industry experts are cordially invited to submit their peer-reviewed papers for presentation. Those papers that are accepted will be published in the Scopus-indexed Planning Malaysia Journal.

INSPEN and UTM jointly extend an invitation to this significant event, which is accredited for 10 CPD hours, recognising the continuous professional development of its participants.
