This week we will work on staying active and have discussion about what we've been doing.
Discussion: We're we able to complete the task and how did it go?
Make sure to check your email and google classroom frequently as that is how we will communicate.
This week we will focus on our routine that we do at the beginning of P.E. classes. Plyometrics include:
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Bear Crawl
Crab Walk
Very important to stretch daily!
Keep doing the Plyometrics that are shown in the video above and stretch daily. Going to bump this weeks challenge up a step:
100 pushups. Good ones, if you need to you can go to your knees.
Go for a jog. At least ten minutes a day. 20 Burpees (up/downs) and 20 sit-ups
Bike Ride. Find a safe place to go for a bike ride.
You don't have to do these all at once. The goal is to have them done by Friday.
Play catch or shoot some baskets, bump a volleyball back and forth. Stay active as much as you can!
Another idea is to go to youtube and join daily exercises such as P.E. with Joe which gives daily exercises.
