GRACE offers several reports that you can download to keep track of your progress. Note: These reports are only as good as the data you input! Regularly recording detailed interactions and keeping GRACE up-to-date will help you make the most out of these reports.
A. Program: KPI Report– This report aggregates data for your school for all of our key performance indicators. You can also see program and national averages for each metric. This report updates on Saturday, so any data entered throughout the week will not be reflected on the report until the following week.
B. Senior EOY Report - Displays the secondary plans for your seniors once you enter that information onto GRACE when it is available.
Visual reports to be shared with school staff (update over the weekend):
a. School: KPIs Report– This is a visual report that updates over the weekend and aggregates data for all of our KPIs in a visually appealing way.You can find visual data SAT/ACT registrations, Scholarships and Institutional Aid, College Applications and FAFSA.
b. School: College Applications Report– This visual report shows college application information by generating a dashboard based on entered data for college applications submitted, the selectivity of colleges/universities applies to, and 2 yr vs 4 yr applications. At the bottom of the the report, advisers will see the top 10 most commonly applied to colleges at the high school they serve. These visual reports come across a lot clearer to your principals and liaisons, as they are very colorful, organized and easy to read for non-GRACE users.
c. School: Financial Aid Report– This visual report shows FAFSA/scholarship information by generating a dashboard based on entered data for FAFSA submissions, adviser assisted FAFSA submissions, Scholarships, and institutional aid.
a. School: Extended Student Report– the most comprehensive student export. Contains all of your students and all metrics for those students. It is a great tool if you want to see metrics on certain interactions.
b. School: Student College Applications– This is an Excel export of all seniors with each college applications applied to, the name of the college, application status, institutional aid amount, etc. Advisers can use this download to see which students have an application in progress, or have applied but not heard back, etc. This report does indicate whether students are or are not Pell eligible, as well as if the student applied early action or early decision. Make sure your marking those categories: Pell Eligibility ( if student qualifies can be found when adding FAFSA submission) and Early Action/Decision ( can be found when adding a college application to a student GRACE profile).
c. School: Student Scholarships-This is an Excel export of all seniors with each scholarship applied to listed, the status, and the amount.
d. Student Exams-This report shows your test registration & scores for each exam each student has taken.
e. Student Interactions by Medium – This report gives you a count of all interactions for each student, grouped by medium, such as total one-on-one and how many parent meetings, etc.
f. School: Student College Visits – This reports shows advisers detailed information about each college campus visits & college rep visits for each student.
