IO5 - MAGI: Management and Administration Guidelines for the Implementation of the IIBMS
MAGI is coordinated by Junior Achievement Bulgaria and Delft University of Technology
Development of administrative, managerial and educational guidelines for the design and implementation of IIBMS pathways including student selection, curriculum design, mobility requirements, monitoring and assessment indicators and collection methods .
The goal of this intellectual output is to provide practical advice for the systematic implementation of the IIBMS within but also beyond the current partnership. It will develop coherent, reusable management and administration guidelines for exploitation at different levels: at the level of the C-Extended partnership; for other HEIs interested to apply this mobility scheme in the future; for policy-makers to expand and enrich existing Erasmus mobility schemes; finally for other institutions at large that may find it useful. By providing structured recommendations for the application of the IIBMS, the partners intend to boost project’s sustainability after the funding is over. As the different tasks will be performed simultaneously with the other intellectual outputs, application and systematization of the know-how gathered throughout the project will be respected.
The intellectual output fragmented into the following tasks:
IO5.1 - Preparation of guidelines on participants’ selection based on quality assessment criteria and administration procedures for students. These will serve to evaluate skills and competences and ensure quality of students’ inflow;
IO5.2 - Preparation of curriculum design guidelines - following the preparation of the new modules, a set of guidelines for development of new and/or upgrade of existing curricula with strong interdisciplinary components will be made available;
IO5.3 - Preparation of guidelines on recognition of students’ achievement - to produce guidelines on the recognition of the value of students’ experience during the mobility program (both academic and work) and the activities carried out;
IO5.4 - Preparation of guidelines on mobility requirements.
