Logbook Guidelines

This log book serves as a guide in the supervision of final year projects. As a student, you should follow closely the instruction given in this book below so that at the end the project duration you will keep a traceable record of all your activities throughout the execution of the project as follows:

a) Fill up your personal and supervisor particulars.

b) The log book must be endorsed by the supervisor at every meeting. You must fill in all required sections in the log book. The records in the log book will be used as a basis of your progress and show the frequency of the meeting.

c) You MUST meet your supervisor at least 11 times (80% attendance) for each level of Final Year Project courses as to keep track of the progress. Assessment of the log book will be conducted twice: mid-tem1 and final.

d) You MUST submit the log book together with your draft/final report by the mid/end of the semester. Contents of the draft/final report are provided in faculty's portal.

e) You may be required by your supervisor or your program to present your project prior to the final presentation.
