• Participation in this exhibition is compulsory for all SDP2 students in this semester (Semester 1 21/22).

• Students to prepare their project posters according to the description here.

• Students to print their posters and setup their posters/projects for the demonstration on the allocated booth at the specified LABs by 5:00 pm on 25 January 2022. Please submit your poster printing receipt to your supervisor for claim purposes.

• As pre-requirements, students of each project group are requested to submit the following files by 24 January 2022:

1. Approval for Poster Printing_Form C signed by the supervisor

2. Soft copy of project poster.

3. Recorded video for project demonstration (5-15 minutes).

4. Soft copy of Project Technical Report (Extended Abstract).

We are pleased to inform that the Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) will organize "Senior Design Project Seminars for Engineering Technology Programmes” for FTKEE students (BTE, BTS, BTW) and other interested students.

This seminar series is intended to assist final year students to gain more insight information about SDP1 & SDP2 courses and the necessary tools to successfully complete their final year projects as well as to improve outcomes of SDP courses. The online seminars will be conducted through Microsoft Team (links will be shared later) and conducted by speakers appointed according to their respective areas of expertise.

Because of the pandemic Covid-19, the presentation will be conducted online using Google Meet Sessions.

To make the presentation smooth, each project group is requested to submit the following files:

2. Soft copy of project poster.

Assalamulaikum & Good Day,

Please be informed that the assessment of the Senior Design Projects (SDP 1) proposal presentation will be conducted online and you have been appointed as a panel to evaluate the projects as listed in the shared link via WhatsApp Group for Google Sheet along with Program Tentative.

Please use the shared Google Form to assess the SDP1-Proposal Presentation (40%) based on the listed rubrics.

Date: 15 July 2020 (Wednesday)

Time: 2.00 -5.00 pm (Panels can finalize the time after discussion with students via WhatsApp Group)

Rules:

1) Each assessment committee will evaluate FIVE SDP Proposals

2) Leader of the assessment committee to create a WhatsApp Group for the FIVE projects (including panels and students) to finalize presentation slots

3) Presentation time: 15 min presentation + 15 min Q&A

4) All presentation will be online using a suitable platform based on panel’s decision (Google meet, Webex, Zoom, Microsoft team, …etc.)

5) Presentation assessment will be online using Google Form based on the listed rubrics (link will be shared by the coordinator)

Assalamualaikum & Good day,

Please response by filling up the Google Form in the link below for survey regarding to our coming Senior Design Project I (SDP1) for BTE 3rd year students. Due to large number of students and lack of titles suggested for this semester by lectures from (BTE, BTW, BTS), we hope that lectures from other programs can supervise BTE students. SDP is group-based final year projects (2-3 students per group). During SDP1, students are required to come out with their project proposal to be implemented during SDP2.
