Mental Health Resources

A person's well-being is complex and can’t be narrowed down to just one thing. In the interest of helping students find what they need for their own personal mental-health journey, WBI has compiled a list of resources that might help:

General Mental Health

  • 10% Happier - a podcast and newsletter based on a book that is dedicated to improving lives through meditation, mindfulness, and small, positive changes

  • Headspace - a guided meditation app designed to introduce people to meditation and mindfulness. The app is free with the option to upgrade (there are currently deals for students, teachers, and healthcare providers that minimize the cost to upgrade)

  • Endel - an app that provides personalized “soundscapes” to help you study, relax, sleep, and more

  • Psychology Today - a website that allows you to search for therapists and mental health providers. There are options to filter by insurance, gender, specialty, age, and other criteria as well

  • Fabulous - a daily self-care app made to help users build self-care habits. The app offers ideas for quick breaks as well as long term goal planning
