Resources

A person's well-being is complex and can’t be narrowed down to just one thing. In the interest of helping students find what they need for their own personal well-being journey, WBI has compiled a list of resources that might help:

  • 10% Happier - a podcast and newsletter based on a book that is dedicated to improving lives through meditation, mindfulness, and small, positive changes

  • Endel - an app that provides personalized “soundscapes” to help you study, relax, sleep, and more

  • Psychology Today - a website that allows you to search for therapists and mental health providers. There are options to filter by insurance, gender, specialty, age, and other criteria as well

  • Fabulous - a daily self-care app made to help users build self-care habits. The app offers ideas for quick breaks as well as long term goal planning
