Room Details

NOTE: This room is managed internally by 4th floor divisions. If you are not a division on the 4th floor, contact Rebecca Ingison at godar009@umn.edu or Jen Salvosa at jbeckman@umn.edu prior to booking for scheduling approval.

Included technology: There is no technology planned for installation in this room at this time. Use will be assessed as building use increases. This space is an ideal in-person meeting space, touchdown space, or where laptop / personal devices can be used to meet.

Scheduling: To schedule this room, begin by creating your event within Google Calendar.  In the section where a guest is added, select the "Rooms" tab and search for available rooms. This room is called "AOB-4-AO-408 Pediatrics Internal Conf Room."

If the room does not show as an available room, you have several options: 

• You can access a different AOB conference room that is available. AOB rooms will show up if you search "AOB" under the "Rooms" tab. 

• You can select to include unavailable rooms in the rooms being viewed, add this room to your meeting, and then use the "Find a Time" function to see available times.

You can reference the calendar to the left to find availability.
