Level 1 - AO-147 Heritage Room Atrium

Room Details

The Heritage Room Atrium is the back half of the Heritage Room behind the double glass doors.  The room currently consists of three tables with 11 chairs. Extra chairs are available upon request for larger groups to increase capacity. Beyond the double doors, the remaining Heritage Room space functions as a general common space and is not available for reservations and meetings.  With the closeness of these two spaces, be mindful to not share confidential information as proper distancing and sound reduction is not available.

Included technology: 

• Video: Conference room includes an  portable monitor with an HDMI input. HDMI can be used to present from your laptop directly to the portable monitor. The attached USB cable plugs into your laptop as well, allowing for the AV system microphone and camera use. 

• Conferencing Capabilities: For web conferencing, a Poly Studio soundbar will be installed, which includes a speaker, microphone, and camera.  The soundbar is connected directly to your laptop and is controlled manually via your laptop or the provided system remote. 

Scheduling: To schedule this room, begin by creating your event within Google Calendar.  In the section where a guest is added, select the "Rooms" tab and search for available rooms. This room is called "AOB-1-AO-147 Pediatrics Heritage Room Atrium"

If the room does not show as an available room, you have several options: 

• You can access a different AOB conference room that is available. AOB rooms will show up if you search "AOB" under the "Rooms" tab. 

• You can select to include unavailable rooms in the rooms being viewed, add this room to your meeting, and then use the "Find a Time" function to see available times.

• You can reference the calendar to the left to find availability.
