Room Details

NOTE: This room is managed internally by 3rd floor divisions. If you are not a division on the 3rd floor, contact Cathy Centola at kreme002@umn.edu prior to booking for scheduling approval.

Included technology: 

• Video: Conference room includes an 75" monitor with a wall plate HDMI input.  Wall plate is installed below the monitor for laptop presentations. PC computer installed with wireless keyboard and mouse. A projector screen is also installed for larger video display.

• Conferencing Capabilities: For web conferencing, a Poly Studio soundbar will be installed, which includes a speaker, microphone, and camera.  All conferencing technology will be connected to the room's PC and can be controlled with the system's wireless remote control. PC to be controlled with wireless mouse and keyboard. 

Scheduling: To schedule this room, begin by creating your event within Google Calendar.  In the section where a guest is added, select the "Rooms" tab and search for available rooms. This room is called "AOB-3-AO-308 Pediatrics Internal Conf Room."

If the room does not show as an available room, you have several options: 

• You can access a different AOB conference room that is available. AOB rooms will show up if you search "AOB" under the "Rooms" tab. 

• You can select to include unavailable rooms in the rooms being viewed, add this room to your meeting, and then use the "Find a Time" function to see available times.

You can reference the calendar to the left to find availability.
