Level 3 - AO-301E Touchdown

Room Details

Included technology: 

• Video: This touchdown space includes one monitor with a HDMI input to connect to your laptop.  The monitor and laptop provide a dual monitor setup. Laptop stand is included to adjust height as needed. HDMI cable includes an USB-C adapter to plug into Dell and Mac laptop ports. 

Scheduling: To schedule this room, begin by creating your event within Google Calendar.  In the section where a guest is added, select the "Rooms" tab and search for available rooms. This room is called "AOB-3-AO-301E Pediatrics Touchdown". 

If the room does not show as an available room, you have several options: 

• You can access a different AOB conference room that is available. AOB rooms will show up if you search "AOB" under the "Rooms" tab. 

• You can select to include unavailable rooms in the rooms being viewed, add this room to your meeting, and then use the "Find a Time" function to see available times.

• You can reference the calendar to the left for availability.

To adjust display setup:

• Log into your laptop account.

• Go to settings and select display.

• Drag and adjust monitors to fit the current space set up. Select keep changes.
