Included technology:
Video: Conference room includes an 85" monitor with a table HDMI input. PC computer installed with wireless keyboard and mouse. A projector screen is also installed for larger video display.
Conferencing Capabilities: For web conferencing, Logitech Rally system will be installed. System includes two front speakers, two microphones for the table, and one PTC camera. All conferencing technology will be connected to the room's PC and can be controlled with the system's wireless remote control. PC to be controlled with wireless mouse and keyboard.
Scheduling: To schedule this room, begin by creating your event within Google Calendar. In the section where a guest is added, select the "Rooms" tab and search for available rooms. This room is called "AOB-1-AO-133 Pediatrics Exec Conf Room.
If the room does not show as an available room, you have several options:
You can access a different AOB conference room that is available. AOB rooms will show up if you search "AOB" under the "Rooms" tab.
You can select to include unavailable rooms in the rooms being viewed, add this room to your meeting, and then use the "Find a Time" function to see available times.
You can reference the calendar to the left to find availability.

Extra chairs can be found in the hallway closet closest to AO-133. Return these chairs upon the completion of your meeting.
