Our Concierge Services team provides a central administrative support structure for the Academic Office Building.
Our intent is to provide support in shared building services as well as areas highlighted through [Pediatrics] engagement feedback.
Services we provide include:
Providing general building reception including greeting and directing visitors and accepting package delivery.
Facilitating the site requests of occupants including placing work orders and requesting building access.
Managing building amenities including Heritage Collaborative/Lounge Space, conference rooms, lactation space, and mail service.
Delivering custom and effective building communications including directory, signage, digital monitor, and information postings.
Overseeing building technology including training users and general troubleshooting.
