BIOSKETCH

Brittany is the Operations Manager at Hudson Valley Fisheries, a cutting-edge Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) farm specializing in growing high-quality steelhead trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) for food markets.

Since receiving her Master's from Texas A&M, specializing in Aquaculture Nutrition, Brittany has worked to optimize the RAS environment for the betterment of fish health/welfare and product quality. She is passionate about advancing sustainable aquaculture systems, responsible environmental stewardship, and expanding the aquaculture industry in the US.

Brittany also serves on the Board of Directors for the US TROUT FARMERS ASSOCIATION A COOPERATIVE.
