Coliving as a solution to the housing deficit?
We live in a digital and advanced tech world and most day to day activities can be completed with out phones. We can shop online (groceries, furniture, cars), we can bank online, plan travel online...the list in never ending. The only thing we cannot do online is live online! And ironically almost the entire world is undergoing a housing crisis. How can we repurpose exiting built infrastructure into housing? Can Ikea be converted into a coliving? Can abandoned warehouses be renovated into coliving spaces?
