All Montgomery County Master Gardeners receive training from University of Maryland Extension faculty to become certified and must complete advanced training hours each year to maintain their status as a Master Gardener. This training, combined with years of personal experience, allows us to offer knowledgeable speakers who can translate their expertise into practical advice for the gardening community. Please see below for a list of topics we cover.
For more information or to schedule a presentation contact us via email at mgmont@umd.edu or call us at 301-590-2842, and leave your name, contact information, and the name of your organization.
Please note: There is no charge for Montgomery County, Maryland Master Gardener presentations within the county, however we do accept - and greatly appreciate - donations to support other MCMG community programs.
