Music in Spanish is one of the richest cultural products of the Hispanic world. Every week, you will listen to a different song widely known by people in Latin America, Spain and, most likely, the rest of the world. In addition to the ludic effects of listening to music as you start your Spanish class, you will learn about many genres, groups, and artists that you may never heard of. You will expand your cultural knowledge and your own musical repertoire as you may want to add some of these songs to your own personal playlists. Many students already do!

You will show your knowledge of the songs (e.g. country of origin, band/singer, and name) in each Prueba de la Unidad.
