Technical Problems

If you have technical trouble with online activities, first troubleshoot your own computer/internet access. If you can't figure out what's wrong, contact your instructor right away with the number of the activity and a screenshot. (How to take a screenshot: https://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screen-Shot-(Screen-Capture).

Late work will not be accepted if the technical trouble is not reported immediately.

Can't log in to Blackboard? 

Visit the ACCCeSS Helpdesk (http://accc.uic.edu/service/acccess-helpdesk)  or email UIC Blackboard support staff - blackboard@uic.edu.

Can't Access a Google Document, Folder or Drive? 

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE the Blackboard App to complete online homework, tests or quizzes in Blackboard. The app does not support all question types. INSTEAD, use the internet browser on your phone/tablet and log into uic.blackboard.com with your UIC Net ID and password.
