WORKING TOWARDS JOB CREATION IN DAYTON...

Job Creation in the Dayton area creates an essential piece into increasing GDP in the economy and helping citizens decrease their income inequality. When citizens generate income, they can then spend more than if they were unemployed. They can also work for the benefit of themselves and their families. People spending more stimulates the economy and improves social mobility. We can also reduce income inequality by creating jobs. Not only is it necessary to create any job, but it is necessary to diversify those occupations. A solution to this would be steering grade school aged children into selecting an occupation in a technical role, as opposed to the "traditional route" of a college degree. This will open up different opportunities and limit unemployment.
