Active student employees hoping to transfer to a new work location must use the form below.
Using the information provided, Dining Administration will reach out to the requested location(s) and determine if the receiving location can accept and will approve the transfer. The SES (Student Employee Supervisor) and UM (Unit Manager) at the current location will also receive a copy of the request.
The management team at the receiving location makes the final determination to approve or deny a transfer; Dining Admin only facilitates the process and does not play a decision-making role.
If approved, Dining Admin will process the necessary changes in UCPath and CruzPay. The managers will update W2W and their Google Groups.
Most approved requests are made effective at the start of the next pay cycle.
Please note:
This is a request, and there is no guarantee that your request can be approved.
Transfers must be approved by the receiving location, assuming they have space to accept additional student employees.
Due to these jobs having different job descriptions from the other locations, transfers to/from Catering & University Center are not possible.
