AIIDE 2025 will be hosted at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Most events will take place in the Faculty of Science Centennial Centre for Interdisciplinary Science (CCIS). Most events will be in CCIS Auditorium 1-430 with coffee breaks and the Poster/Demo Session in the connected PCL Lounge.
The University of Alberta is one of Canada's top research universities and Alberta's flagship institution. Edmonton is the capital city of Alberta and is known for its vibrant arts scene, extensive river valley park system, and proximity to the Canadian Rockies. The city offers excellent cultural attractions including the Royal Alberta Museum, Art Gallery of Alberta, and the historic Old Strathcona district.
There are a number of on-campus dining options available, mainly clustered in the Student’s Union Building and HUB Mall. Some recommended options on campus include:

There are a number of gender neutral washrooms available on campus, including multiple within the CCIS building. The closest washrooms within CCIS to the main conference room are located at Room L1-304B1, Room L1-213A, and Room L1-070 (NOTE: confirm the location of the conference room and update accordingly, this is a guess). There are a number of prayer rooms on campus, with the closest one to CCIS being on the third floor of the Student’s Union Building (SUB). SUB is accessible across the quad from CCIS, and you can get on-foot directions to the building from anywhere on campus using Google Maps. There is a lactation pod on the ground floor of SUB, which is accessible across the quad from CCIS.
