Your Center Director will make the instructor schedule for the center and communicate it to all instructors through your center’s Paylocity Community group. They are also linked on the Instructor Dashboard. Schedules are generally made once per semester, but are often updated throughout the semester to adjust for student flow and instructor availability. If you have any changes to your availability after a schedule has been released, you must let your Center Director know immediately.
You are responsible for your scheduled shifts. If you must miss a shift, you are responsible for getting it covered and approved by your Center Director, as outlined in our Absent to Work Policy. If you need to leave a shift early, it is your responsibility to find someone to trade shifts with or stay late for you and to let your Center Director know about it in writing. Your center’s Paylocity Community group is a tool for communicating with coworkers for shift coverage. Check with your Center Director for their preferred method of approving absences in writing.
