The best source of new instructors is the instructors we already have! You know what it takes to be a great instructor, and we have found that we are far more likely to hire applicants who were referred than applicants from online job boards. We want to reward you for helping us continue to hire great instructors. If you refer an instructor applicant to us, we hire them, and they work for us for 60 days, you will receive a $100 bonus on the following paycheck. Please read the requirements below and address any questions to the Personnel Director.

The applicant must name you on their initial application where it asks "If you were referred by a current Mathnasium employee, what is their name?"*
There will be no retroactive referrals.
If an applicant names more than one instructor on their application, those instructors will split the referral bonus.
You must still be employed with us when the new instructor is hired to receive the bonus.

The first step in the process for any new applicant is to fill out the online application form on our website, where they can also read more about who we are and the details of the position.
*Make sure to tell the applicant that they must include your name on the application where it asks “If you were referred by a current Mathnasium employee, what is their name?” (Simply writing “a friend” is not sufficient.)
