Each instructor’s primary responsibility is to instruct every student using the Mathnasium teaching methods and curriculum to the absolute best of their ability. By giving 100% effort to every student, every time, instructors are expected to utilize the knowledge and expertise they have gained from their personal mathematics education as well as the extensive Mathnasium training they have received to deliver the best math learning experience in the world.
Important components of this responsibility include:
A solid working knowledge of the Mathnasium Teaching Constructs and their best uses.

Above all: be a role model!
We teach our students not just how to do math, but how to learn. Our students should leave us better prepared both for the math test tomorrow and for the math test five years from now, because we have taught them the habits and mindset necessary for success. Leave your baggage at the door and be the positive example our students need every day!
