Paychecks are delivered via Direct Deposit on the 1st and 16th of each month. Paychecks received on the 1st of the month are for shifts worked on the 11th-26th of the previous month.
Example: A paycheck deposited on September 1 is for shifts worked on August 11-26.
Paychecks received on the 16th of the month are for shifts worked on the 27th of the previous month to the 10th of that month.
Example: A paycheck deposited on September 16 is for shifts worked on August 27-September 10.
If the 1st or the 16th of a given month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the paycheck will be deposited the previous business day.
After completing your hiring paperwork, you will receive an email invitation to access Paylocity, a website where you will be able to view your pay stubs. If you need to update your Direct Deposit account, tax withholding information, or contact information, you should do so through Paylocity. It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address up-to-date in Paylocity to ensure that you receive your tax forms in a timely manner if you are no longer working with us.
