Reading Competition Preparation

To ensure the readiness of our students for the county's reading competition, we allotted time for them to practice. During practice, we're trying to comply with the mechanics or guidelines for the competition for a higher chance of being included in the list of winners. In the first practice we had, students spent more than 4 minutes reading the whole script. However, through our combined effort - students, co-teacher, and me- we were able to reduce the reading time and suit the time constraint stated in the guidelines, which is less than 3 minutes. Moreover, we also focused on their pronunciation, energy, stress, etc. These students are really eager to win and are very disciplined because they attend the practice time even though it is supposed to be their nap time.
