Positive Reinforcement
After behaving well and actively participating in the class. Students are given rewards by my co-teacher so that their motivation to learn will be consistent. For kids, positive reinforcement in the form of rewards is very significant. Even with simple rewards or praises, students are driven to do better in class.
Co-teaching works
In these images, you can see how we do co-teaching in our classes. We use various teaching styles to engage our young learners in our lessons. I sometimes use my own PowerPoint presentations to teach a lesson, and my co-teacher roams around to check if students are on the right page, listening, and doing the activities. If my co-teacher does the teaching, I also roam around. In this way, we make sure that all students follow the activities and no one is left behind.
