My expertise is with youth and their families. I use play based and trauma informed interventions to best meet the needs of children and adolescents. I have experience with addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment and relationship problems, nuances and challenges of parenting, and exploration of gender and sexual identity. 

Additionally, I support parents and caregivers in deepening their connection with their children. I work closely with parents, both with and without their children, to provide support processing their parenting needs and concerns. My goal is to support parents in strengthening relationships through co-regulation and attunement. 

My role is to hold a safe space for youth and families on the journey to exploring changes, growing self-compassion and deepening self-understanding. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+, queer, the gender diverse community, and provides a safe space for any person who needs to process, explore, and grow.

My approach is to actively collaborate with you to help you to create changes in a safe and empowering way. I believe therapy should be client centered and focused on progress, not perfection. We will work to get to the heart of the issues and move together towards healing.
