My expertise is with young children and their families, using play based and child/family centered approaches. My practice is guided by early childhood mental health, which aims to develop the capacity of the child (from birth to age 5)  to experience, regulate and express emotions, form close and secure interpersonal relationships, explore the environment and learn in a healthy way. 

My practice provides a safe space for any family or child who needs to process, explore, and grow. I have experience and knowledge addressing infant and young child development, family relationships and dynamics, attachment, separation, trauma, grief & loss. I work closely with parents (with and without children present) to deepen their connection with their children. 

Though I often work with young children, I have experience working with youth of all ages. I will actively collaborate with you to help you to create changes in a safe and empowering way. I believe therapy should be focused on progress, not perfection. We will work to get to the heart of the issues and move together towards healing.
