Transformations Counseling Services is a group therapeutic practice on the south side of Indianapolis We are a generalist practice, serving a variety of people, but our main specialty is work with people within Queer community. TCS provides support in administrative tasks such as credentialing with major insurances (including an option to credential with Medicaid), billing, along with clinical support to continue clinical growth.
Clinicians can choose to work virtual only or have a hybrid schedule with both in and out of office time. For people interested in working in office, we have a beautiful office located across from Garfield Park, near the I65 exit. Hours and caseload sizes are flexible, you can set your schedule based on your availability and your client’s needs.
Full-time Benefits:
Commission split of collected fees (45-50% based on license status and revenue)
Administrative pay for required activities (including new employee training)
QSEHRA Healthcare cost stipend ($10,000 or $6,450 based on IRS allowances)
TCS-funded retirement plan (currently 9% of gross pay)
Funds for professional cost reimbursement (CEU, license renewal fees, home office and tech needs)
WPATH membership reimbursement
Potential for a bonus at the end of the fiscal year (based on earnings)
Liability insurance coverage
Regular training and staffing support including free CUE opportunities in house.
Qualifications:
Agreement with TCS vision and values
Independent or associate clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMHCA, LSW, etc)
Ability to provide quality, informed and affirming mental wellness care for clients exploring gender and sexuality
Proficiency with electronic software (Microsoft Word, Google Drive, etc)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Willingness to ask for support when needed
