(pronounced WAH-le-tich)
Since 1999, I have served children and adults, providing individual, couple, family, and group counseling. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, but am extensively trained in Gestalt, and draw predominantly from that modality.
My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting and relationship problems, as well as working with people who are thinking about how gender and sexuality show up in their daily life. I have extensive experience and training helping people, and families, explore issues surrounding gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, polyamory, and health status concerns.
