The language of graphics is quite similar to the spoken/written language. Specific rules or standards have been developed to maintain consistency in the industry.
This course aims to teach students how to communicate using the language of graphics. This means learning how to "read" or interpret the information contained in 2D drawings, which represent about 70 % of documentation, which includes drawings, drafts, and schemes. To accomplish this the student must learn the principles and standards of drawing and dimensioning.
What kind of background knowledge does such a technical skill require? Read the content of the introductory part of this course. The test for this part of the course will help you not only to check how much you have learned but also to gain additional knowledge!
Good luck!
