Inspection results are posted below for the apprentices that have completed the inspection as of 3/18/2021. Remaining apprentices inspection will be posted upon completion.
During the inspection process, no apprentice was permitted to inspect their own material. Each apprentice had their material inspected by another apprentice acting as the inspector. The inspector produced all records as shown on the inspection sheets. Inspection sheets are evaluated based on two distinct principals.
1) Apprentice's material as a product of the saw cutting operation reveals their ability to perform saw cutting operation to produce material that meets necessary specifications.
2) Inspector's record of inspection data reveals their ability to perform the inspection procedure correctly and accurately. Inspection process requires correct use and interpretation of measuring tools as listed on the inspection sheet. Inspection process also requires understanding and application of calculating tolerance upper and lower limits.
