Step 2: Philosophy of the Early Childhood Educational Experience
The Impact Academy believes each team member brings unique perspectives, skills, and methodology. We believe the collective is enhanced by the individual and that each team member should add to the synergy of the team. Your Philosophy of the Early Childhood Educational Experience is important. It is the lens through which you experience your time at the school and it gives others an understanding of how and why you function.
You will be asked to submit a Philosophy of the Early Childhood Educational Experience that is no less than one page and no more than three pages. Please submit it as a PDF in Times New Roman (12 point) or Arial (11 point) font, double space formatting. You are not limited to the points beneath each philosophy aspect but your response should give a clear understanding of your philosophy in each area. Please submit it to latoya.greene@wordtab.net within 2-3 days of receiving the email request.
Step 3: Schedule an Interview
Should our team determine that your background, experience, and philosophy meets our hiring needs, we will contact you to schedule an interview. We will also contact you if we believe you would be a better fit for a team at a different preschool.
Step 4: A background check will be conducted.

Step 5: Onboarding Process begins.
Submit all required Onboarding Paperwork
Complete and submit the "Onboarding Packet"
Attend Orientation, Training
Create and begin to complete the individualized "Next Step Development Plan". This will be catered to each employee to ensure they will continue to increase in skills and education
