The Mushrooms Wellness Restaurant mainly offers hot pot dishes,pizza, and various snacks and beverages. Despite hot pot seeming simple and affordable, the restaurant carefully selects ingredients of God Farmer level quality, including mushrooms, pork, rice, sea bream, cauliflower, and more. These ingredients are all certified by the “Shen-Nong Award”, guaranteeing top-notch quality.
The Shen-Nong Farmer experts come from different regions of central and southern Taiwan. There's Mr. Shih Chin-Hsiung, a rice expert who cultivates aromatic and plump grains; Mr. Shiwen Fang, a Mushrooms expert who cultivates natural organic mushrooms in a highly controlled dust-free environment; Mr. Yifeng Wang , a breeding expert who produces low-temperature frozen sea bream; Mr. Wenyuan Wu, a livestock expert who raises happy pigs; Mr.Qinghui Wu , an organic farming advocate who promotes locally sourced, seasonal organic produce; and Ms. Xueli Su , a noodle-making expert who produces naturally sun-dried Mushroom noodles.
