Mr. Shiwun Fang , the chairman of Q-YO Biotechnology Co., Ltd., founded Dacun Farm in 1992 and established Q-YO  Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in 2004. The company is committed to a people-centric, nature-adaptive, life-respecting philosophy, with a focus on strict quality control, strain development, green production, circular economy, and an eco-friendly environment. It aims to create a Mushrooms group within the Smart Agriculture Alliance supply chain. Under this umbrella, there are two brands: Magical Mushrooms Tribe and Fang Ge Shi. The company promotes an organic and beautiful lifestyle associated with mushrooms, ensuring that all consumers can eat and enjoy with peace of mind, sharing this experience with everyone who cherishes the Earth.

In 2009, Q-YO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. established the Magical Mushrooms Tribe Leisure Farm. In addition to its original mushroom cultivation business, they opened their doors to visitors. Through on-site visits, they educate people about agriculture, including students and teachers. Visitors are also given the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities such as DIY Mushrooms cultivation, space bag making, Mushrooms biscuit baking, or Mushrooms pizza making. The farm also diversifies its production with various mushroom-related products, including ice cream, health supplements, and health drinks. The farm is not only a place of production but also enriches the experience of daily life for those who visit.
