CROSS COUNTRY

Congratulations to all of our cross country runners. We had a lovely day in the fresh air and sun, with 2 bus loads of Grades 2-5 participating.

34 schools competed on October 10th, with one race having 286 runners! Everyone should feel extremely proud for all the hard work they put in to get to this race. 

The following athletes are moving on to the next round on October 17th for coming top 30:

Grade 3 Girls - Winnie M - time of 8:36 - 16th place

Grade 3 Girls - Isla J - time of 9:03 - 28th place

Grade 3 Girls Team - 10th overall out of 17

Grade 3 Boys - Darko K - time of 7:56 - 29th place

Grade 3 Boys Team - 9th overall out of 20

Grade 4 Girls - Annabel L - time of 12:05 - 17th place

Grade 4 Boys Team - 19th overall out of 21

Grade 5 Boys - 16th overall out of 20
