TDSB Continuing Education (Night & Summer School) and non-credit programs

The TDSB's Continuing Education (ConEd) department offers credit programs in night school and summer school. Please see details below for signing up for ConEd and their course offerings. 

Please note that CALC does not run these programs. We only approve course requests for current students. If you need help please contact ConEd directly.

Registration Opens at 10:00am  Dec. 1 and Closes at 10:00am on January 19, 2024.

Night School (Feb. 12, 2024 - June. 10, 2024)

• Please check the TDSB Night School website  for details.

• A student can take a one-credit course in Semester 1 (same time period as Quads 1+2) and a one-credit course in Semester 2 (same time period as Quads 3+4).

• Remote (online) Night School is where adults will be at home learning live (synchronously) with their teacher from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Attendance is mandatory.

• In Person Night School (if it is running) occurs at the school listed on the website (it might not be CALC).

Online Adult ESL Evening and Saturday Program

Did you know that you can enroll in ESL classes for free* with the TDSB anytime during the school year? (*free for eligible learners)

Improve your English online with a variety of classes that fit within your busy schedule including part-time and full-time classes, evenings and weekends! There are several different classes being offered online with the TDSB, including:

·   Reading and Writing

·   Listening and speaking

·   Pronunciation

·   Conversational Skills – Improve your communication skills with your child’s school teachers, professionals, or government offices

·   IELTS/TOEFL preparation and other specialty classes

Learn4Life Adult Community Programs - Winter 2024 Registration Now Open!

Winter 2024 registration is now OPEN for Learn4Life's Adult General Interest Program with courses in business, languages, art, music, sports, dancing, and more!
