Book an appointment in Room 119 with our community partners.

The Nurse Practitioner is available on most Thursdays, and the Client Care 

Co-ordinator is available most Monday afternoons and all day on Fridays.

Do you have Health Care Questions or Concerns? If yes, SRCHC can provide you with access to a Nurse Practitioner (no health card required)
