New Student Registration: Quad 1 (Sept. 5 - Nov. 8, 2024)
Age Qualification:
For the 2023/24 school year, the definition of an ‘Adult’ student is someone born in 2003 or earlier. If you do not qualify for our Adult Program, our EdVance Program may be suitable for you.
Registration:
When: Appointments will be available in the Main Office at 1 Danforth Ave. starting at 9:00 am Aug. 20, 2024. New Student Registration Appointments and Registration Forms will be available IN-PERSON ONLY.

Tuesday Aug. 27 by appointment only

Students are scheduled on first come, first served basis and enrollment is subject to availability.
The Registration process including assessments and scheduling may take up to 6 hrs. Please plan to be here for the entire school and make appropriate arrangements for the day of your appointment.

How much does it cost?
The 2024/25 CALC 21+ student fee will be $20 for the year.
The Student Activity Fee funds clubs, celebrations and special events ($13) as well as the student ID and the Agenda/App ($7). Payment can be made with School Cash Online using Visa, MasterCard, Debit or e-cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash.
1. Please follow the online instructions to register for a SchoolCashOnline account.
2. Make your payment before or on registration day. The payment will apply to the entire 2024/2025 academic year (September to June).
What do I need to Apply?
Required ORIGINAL Documents (photos are NOT accepted):
Please bring a pen and the following original documents (cell phone pictures will not be accepted) on the date of your registration appointment:
· proof of citizenship or residence status in Canada
· proof of Refugee / Claimant status (you can apply for a valid Study Permit on site).
· valid picture ID
· transcript or Credit Counselling Summary / Ontario Student Status Report from an Ontario High School (if you have been in the Ontario school system)
· your Ontario Health Card (optional)

On walk-in days students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 9:00am and the doors will close when at capacity or by 10: 30 am (whatever comes first).
Arrive early with the original documents (pictures of documents on your cell phone are not acceptable) listed below to avoid disappointment.
NO child care facilities are available
There can be a long wait and each assessment takes an hour. Please bring a water bottle and a snack. Please come dressed for inclement weather.
You are a NEW student if:
You have not earned high school credits in Ontario
OR
You are new to the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and do not have a TDSB student #
OR
You have been out of school for 5 years or more and therefore require new assessments
