Dear Graduates and Potential Graduates of 2025,
It is our pleasure to invite you to this year's Commencement Ceremony.
When: 10:00 am on Thursday, June 26, 2025 (Friends / Family please arrive no later than 9:45 am)
(Graduates, please arrive by 9:00 am in the library to prepare for the ceremony)
Where: The Commencement Ceremony will take place in the Cafetorium (2nd floor).
How: Email invitations will be sent to graduates and potential graduates by June 2nd. *If you did not receive an email by June 3rd, please visit room 119 to inquire.

The DEADLINE to reply is June 10, 2025.

Grad Photos 2025 - OAY.pdfOntario Secondary School Diplomas:
Official Diplomas will be awarded to students after the ceremony (in the basement).
Students will need to present their official government photo ID or Student Card before being issued their diplomas.
For students unable to attend the ceremony, diplomas will be available for pick up:
weekdays from July 2 -10 between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in Room 119 or again starting Sept. 15, 2025.
Official Photo ID or Student Card required.
