Quad 3 Adult 21+ Day School Registration Opens Jan 5
Welcome to CALC Adult! (21+)
Our Student Success Services team is here to support you with your academic and personal goals. From course selection and pathway planning to accessing student success resources and mental health supports, we encourage you to get to know us and familiarize yourself with our services.
Quads:
The school year at CALC divided into 4 quads (Quadmesters). A quad is like a semester in a regular high school, only it is approximately 9 weeks long. Students are required to take a minimum of two (2) courses each quad. Each course is two hours every day. At the end of the term you will earn a credit for each course that you complete and pass.

Age Qualification:
The Adult program is for students 21 years of age or older. If you are born after June 30, 2004, please visit the website for CALC's Edvance Program. If you do not qualify under this definition then your "home" school, an optional attendance school, or a Continuing Education program should accept you. If you do not meet the age criteria and cannot find a suitable alternative, contact the TDSB Placement Centre at 416.393.9300.
Required Documentation:
For the registration appointment, you will need to bring:
1. Immigration or Citizenship documents
2. Credit Summary or Transcript (if from Ontario)
3. Most recent IEP (Individual Education Plan) if applicable
4. Photo Identification
5. Proof of address
6. $20 Student Activity Fee must be paid through TDSB School Cash Online prior to Registration. Please bring proof of payment/receipt to your Registration.
Fees:
Students pay a $20 activity fee each academic year, this fee covers the student agenda, celebrations, guest speakers and theme days.
To make your payment, please follow the online instructions to register for a SchoolCashOnline account.
Timetables:
TDSB uses the TDSB CONNECTS APP to help you stay connected and organized. By logging in with your TDSB school ID, your timetable is automatically populated allowing you to easily add notes, goals and details to each course.

Quad 1: Sept. 4 - Nov. 12, 2025 (midterm, Oct. 3; MMAD, Nov. 3)

Language Assistance
Set up your device to change Chrome language and translate webpages
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click "more" (icon with 3 vertical dots) and scroll down to "Settings".
Scroll down to "Languages"
Click "Add language" and choose the one that you need translation for.
Make sure the "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read" is on (it will show a blue bar).
