Assessments

New students without a recent transcript or previous students who have not attended an Ontario high school in the last 5 years will be asked to write an English or ESL assessment, and possibly a math and science assessment, when they fill out a NEW student form.

These assessments are used, in consultation with a guidance counsellor, to place students in the appropriate level where they have the greatest chance of being successful.  

Current students who have not yet written a Math and/or Science assessment can do so (see below for more details).

Are you a current or previous CALC student wanting to request a Math or Science assessment? 

Current students (only) who have not written a Math or Science Assessment, can request an assessment by clicking here. 

(Note: this form is ONLY for students who have NOT completed a previous assessment).  

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and assessment date emailed to them.
