COVID-19 Dashboard

In alignment with the Ohio Department of Health's Director's Order Requiring Reporting and Notification Regarding COVID-19 Cases in Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade Schools the South-Western City School District is making available a community report of the newly-reported COVID-19 confirmed positive cases and newly-reported COVID-19 close contact (exposed/isolated/quarantined) exposures each week. This data will be updated at the end of each week.

Parents/guardians should notify their child's school through the school attendance line within 24 hours of receiving positive test results or a clinical diagnosis of COVID-19. If a student has been deemed as a 'close contact' of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and is required to be isolated/quarantined, this information should also be reported to the school through the school attendance line. Instructions were sent home to all parents from their child's school.

NOTE: After Memorial Day (May 31, 2021), we will no longer be posting dashboard information specific to the school district.
