Artist Statement

My side view of my shoe is the drawing I am most proud of on this page, I am the proudest of it because I feel as though I did a good job with the attention to detail and the scale of the drawing. I made this using graphite on drawing paper I thought about not drawing this shoe, to begin with. I wanted to draw a different shoe instead but I'm glad I did this one because of the results. I had some trial and error while making this. I had to restart 2 times before I had it right.
