This AP World History: Modern workshop is designed to help educators create effective course plans using the AP Course and Exam Description (CED), and help teachers prepare students for success on the AP Exam. Participants will explore instructional strategies, creating assessments, and practice scoring Free-Response Questions (FRQs), including SAQs, LEQs, and DBQs. The workshop also provides guidance on using AP Classroom tools, and provides collaborative opportunities to help form a professional learning community that extends beyond the APSI. Attendees will leave with practical resources, lesson plans, and strategies to engage students and enhance their teaching of APWH.
