The closest commercial airport to Olathe is Kansas City International Airport (MCI). MCI is located approximately 45 minutes north of Olathe. Please keep this in mind for leaving on Thursday and not schedule a departing flight that leaves earlier than 6pm. The APSI does not provide airport transportation for participants. There are several private airport shuttle companies, along with Uber and Lyft.
