Identify Need- State the need of the product and identify constraints. We decided to choose pilling as our world problem.

Research- Conduct research from reliable sources to find causes of the problem and previous solutions. We looked for reliable websites and studies and take notes on them

Brainstorm- Create a list of possible solutions (Realistic and Unrealistic). We created a list of solutions no matter how extreme they were.

Select Solution- Choose the most promising solution to pursue and develop. We selected a solution that used a mixture inside the wash that would prevent pilling.

Prototype- Design a smaller scale sample based on your research. We decided on the ingredients and the ratio of each ingredient

Test and Evaluate- Conduct an experiment to test the efficacy of your prototype. We ran a test to find the effectiveness of our solution

Redesign- Modify the original prototype based on the results of your experimental results. We came up with things that would improve our solution

Communicate- Present and explain your findings and prototype to a public audience. We presented our solution to out class.
