For this project, I did well as a conscientious learner by reaching most of our goals and deadlines. We finished our project with a lot of spare time which gave us time to tweak and improve our project's performance. I did well in critical thinking by using knowledge from class to make modifications and figure out how they affected the launch and adjust to improve the performance of the project.

I need to work on collaboration in this project because our work ethic got off track a lot. Although we finished our project, we could've continued to improve it, but we got distracted a few times. I also need to work on my communication specifically in writing and organizing the notes that I took in class. Although we didn't have to present, we took a lot of notes which I didn't keep organized and had to search through my notebook to find the notes that I needed when we made the poster.
